Dr. Zaynah Shabo, DACM, DiplOm, LAc, is a California Board Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist with advanced training in Orthopedic Acupuncture, to correct chronic and acute pain conditions and provide lasting relief. Initially introduced to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) through her own chronic shoulder pain caused by years of intense violin practice, she understands the frustration of long-term suffering without answers.
While studying at Pacific College in San Diego, she received a strong foundation in Integrative Medicine, which is the bridge between Eastern and Western medical models. Working in a high-volume orthopedic setting upon graduation provided extensive hands-on experience with the many conditions deemed hopeless by mainstream medicine. Her mission is to provide patients with the tools needed to live the richest, fullest life.
